If you are using your insurance, you must call the behavioral health phone number on you insurance card, and ask for a prior authorization for group therapy services with provider: Timothy Kabara. The number of days you need authorized, are the number of days your child is attending the program. Do not tell your insurance that this is a "summer camp". It is not a summer camp, and your insurance will deny authorization. Do not tell them that this is "autism services". Your insurance may not yet cover autism services and they will deny authorization.
